NEWpilates is an easy-to-learn, versatile essence that guarantees the efficient shaping of our figure effortlessly, without overloading the joints, in every age and physical condition.

Anna's whole life has been accompanied by sport ever since she was a small child. She started out with ballet and basic gymnastics, and then went on to become a member of the Hungarian Vaulting Team. In the following years she started her career in competitive athletics and triathlon both of which she achieved outstanding results in her age group.

In 1994 she was successfully accepted to MTE where she got degree in a Physical Education. During her university studies she was introduced to Aerobics - that at the time counted as a novelty in Hungary – in which she became Hungarian Aerobics Champion in double in 1992. During her university years she completed an Aerobics Instructor Course and an advanced dance training.

After finishing the university she continued her career as an aerobics instructor and fitness competitor which brought her the Hungarian Fitness Champion title in 1995. In 2002 she became European Champion and in the same year she finished second at the Fitness World Championship in the United States.

During this time she was working as an aerobics instructor for the international studio World Class which sent her to Brussels to receive further international professional training.

The arrival of her first child put a temporary stop to her 15-year-long success streak in various sports. After the birth of her second child she started actively doing sports once again and it was then that she was introduced to Pilates which helped her to get her figure back.

Seeing the efficiency of the method she soon completed the Pilates Instructor Course with the help of her Italian instructor whom with she started working as a Pilates Instructor from 2007. She also took part in the Pilates World Conference in Cologne where she became familiar with the latest trends and improvements. In 2009 she founded the Body in Mind Pilates Studio which she equipped with all the essential tools and gym equipment. (e.g. Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair)

In 2011 she received further training at another Pilates World Conference in San Diego.

After coming home to Hungary she invented her own style called NEWpilates which combines all of the experience she gained during her 15 years of actively doing sports and 20 years of studying in the field.
