But you can call me D.E.A.N.A. Think of me as your personal trainer and nutritionist all in one.

I start by assessing your physical ability with the body test. I then create a customized workout program based on your age, weight, strength, endurance, and gender. Your exercise routine adjusts in real-time based on your feedback and progress. I have a library of 250+ unique exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals.

My nutrition program focuses on creating clean eating lifestyle. It starts with an 8-week healing elimination diet. Each week you will receive a complete list of rules, meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists to remove all the guesswork from eating healthy!

Finally, I have additional tools to help you reach your goals. Learn more about the science of nutrition by watching the Video Nutrition Lessons. Track your waist, weight, and photos in the Goals Tab.

My program delivers amazing results. On average DEANA Fit users lose about 20 pounds and four inches around their waist in their first two months of my fitness and nutrition program. Better yet, they improve their overall energy, mood, and fitness levels.
