You will be responsible to diagnose, heal and treat diseases that are causing these problems. To review the ear with detail you will have to use an otoscope that lets you examine closely the ear canal of the patient. Once you have found the cause of pain, you must use all the needed tools to heal them, whether swabs, sterile forceps, cannulas, audiometer, drops, antibiotics ... etc, thoroughly clean the entire ear to remove all traces of wax and make sure the entire area is free of bacteria. Be careful with the eardrum, because if you damage it you will you let the patients deaf.
