Last updated on Oct 5, 2024 We noticed that some of you were experiencing a little mix-up with the time on your device, causing the app to send credentials that didn’t quite sync up with your box. It turns out, the clock was off, and the app wasn’t double-checking the time settings like it should, causing your credentials to get a thumbs-down saying you didn’t have permissions. Worry not! We’ve fixed the issue, so the app will now ensure everything is running right on time.
