The Mind Art RELAXATION meditations use a simple but highly effective technique to calm your busy mind. There are two versions, perfect for the commute to work.

The BODY AWARENESS meditation is where the Mind Art begins - paintbrushes at the ready! A unique blend of visual, audio and kinesthetic approaches gives you accelerated insight into the current state of your mind and body. There are two versions, a longer audio-guided version, and a shorter version to be done at your own speed once you have had some practice.

The TRANSFORMATION meditations (available via In-App purchase) help you to take control, rewire your brain, and respond with new awareness to difficult situations in your life. Both a guided audio and at-your-own-pace version are included. There are also three special versions for dealing with difficult situations, emotions and physical discomfort.
