Functioning :

1. The application geolocates the driver and asks him if necessary to validate his position

2. The application allows you to quickly and specifically describe the incident and send all the useful data to the assistance teams of Michelin Euro Assist who will quickly organize troubleshooting

3. Depending on the validation method chosen, an authorization request will be automatically sent to the telephone manager telephone by describing the conditions and nature of the incident.

4. The assistance teams of Michelin Euro Assist then make every effort to leave the vehicle as soon as possible and informs you of the time of arrival of the convenience store.
