A notice:

- If the widget cannot be found in the selection, the phone must be restarted. This only seems to be a bug of Android 4.0.

Explanation of the necessary rights of the app:

- Unrestrained internet access: is needed to charge the menu

- Read and identify telephone status: is needed to identify the phone and thus enable the evaluation system (so that a voice is only counted 1x and the evaluation can be changed afterwards)
