It was known as Hermes Trismegistus. He was the father of hidden wisdom; the founder of astrology; The discoverer of alchemy. The details of the story of his life are lost to history due to the period of the years, although several of the ancient countries played with each other in their allegations for the honor of having supplied their place of birth, and of this thousands of years ago.

The seven hermetic principles, on which all hermetic philosophy is based, are as follows:
