Daily Workout Challenge is the ideal application for those who feel like they need to work out, but are too lazy to do so, or too busy playing [insert popular and addictive video game here].

Daily Workout Challenge offers several simple exercises you can do do on a daily basis. The idea is that once a day, you launch the app and random exercises will be shown to you. The more you work out, the more difficult they will become. For those who are afraid to forgot to work out, don't worry, the app will remind you of that.

I don't pretend this is a miracle. But it gives the necessary motivation you'll need to start to change. You will make slow but steady progress, and before you even realize it, your shape will have changed for the best.

As long as you work out with Daily Workout Challenge at least once a day, you will eventually reach your objectives.
